Simon Hamilton
Co FOUNDER & Design Director
Simon Hamilton is an Interior Designer, Lecturer and Diversity & Inclusion advisor. For over 30 years, he has worked in different sectors of the design industry building a network of international contacts, clients, design brands, private individuals, universities and design organisations.
Simon is highly active in the creative community working with United In Design, Cockpit Arts, BIID and The University of Plymouth, to help address the lack of diversity in the design industry. He is our London-based Design Director and an Associate Lecturer at the Royal College of Art.
Julian DAVIES
CO FOUNDER & Technical Director
Julian Davies MRICS MFPWS is an industry-leading chartered building surveyor with a special passion for interior design. As founder and group managing director of Earl Kendrick Building Surveyors, he has more than a decade’s experience in developing and marketing innovative services and solutions for the residential property sector.
Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in project management have always been at the heart of what Julian does, but he combines those with an abiding personal interest in the aesthetic side of the property business. This interest is reflected in the Diploma he obtained in Professional Interior Design from the National Design Academy, and even more in his love for the antiques and quirky curiosities that so often bring interiors to life.
Lisa Blatcher
Co FOUNDER & Creative Director
Lisa is a national award winning innovative property and interior designer who delivers design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Designing at the high end residential sector of the market, she is an experienced and accomplished design professional Her work covers many design styles focusing on the utmost in luxury, design, shape and form, supported by her ability to choose exquisite soft furnishings, lighting and other interior embellishments to complete the perfect picture to any interior landscape.
